Clacton Knights Walking Football 50s showcased their skills in a thrilling tournament, battling through a challenging day in Tonbridge.

The team competed in one of the premier walking football competitions in the south of England, with 14 teams invited, divided into two leagues of seven.

Each team played each other, with three points awarded for a win and one point for a draw.

The Knights began strongly, with a narrow victory over Chatham thanks to a goal from Marshall.

Despite setbacks against the Insulaters and Boca Seniors, they secured a crucial 4-0 win against Ashford, featuring goals from Hughes, Brownsdon, Vaughan, and an own goal.

This performance propelled them into the semifinals, where they edged past Little Common with a goal from Farmery.

However, their journey ended in a penalty shootout loss to Woodchurch after a goalless draw, with Woodchurch winning 3-1.
