Nailsea United was founded in May 2023 by chairperson and founder Dave Newcombe after a shout out for players over a community Facebook group which resulted in the club being formed and has currently between 30 and 40 members.
United train up to twice a week at Backwell School and Nailsea School, respectively.
In a statement published by the club, they said: “We can accommodate players that have never kicked a ball in their life to players that have played for years at a high level but want to move to a slower paced game whilst still applying their football skills.”
