Walking Football session as part of Derby County Community Trust’s ‘Active Supporters’ project.
Active Supporters aims to help males across the county to lose weight and improve their healthy lifestyle knowledge.
Commissioned by Derbyshire County Council, the programme will support males aged 18+ who live within Derbyshire to make healthier choices, attend free physical activity sessions and meet like-minded others who want to improve their wellbeing, lose weight and become fitter.
To take part in the project, you must:
• Be aged 18+
• Have a BMI of 25 or over (23 or over for BAME participants)
• Have a Derbyshire postcode and/or be registered with a Derbyshire GP service
