On Sunday 30 May, the Yeomans Community hosted its third annual Walking Football tournament. It was a very hot day but the Angels came home with two trophies making it three weekends on the trot they have added to the Club Trophy cabinet. The Over 50s tournament consisted of 13 teams from across the Southeast as far as Clacton and Farnham. It was a very competitive tournament despite the heat and a very tight finish in Group A where Chatham Town Ballers and Aylesford Amblers finished joint top. In Group B Boca Seniors from Farnham were clear winners but the competition for 2nd to 4th place was tight with Insulators from Paddock Wood just coming out on top.
