For both males and females over 50, Walking Football is a slower version of the beautiful game that was designed to help get the over 50’s back into football and exercise, with no running and no slide tackles.
• Thursday 5 – 6pm – JobServe Community Stadium
• Mondays 6 – 7pm – Thurstable School, Tiptree
It’s a great way to keep fit, learn skills, have fun and socialise – all at the same time!
Colchester United’s Walking Football provides a great opportunity for over 50s to enjoy their favourite sport and make new friends along the way.
