Stockport County Community Trust is proud to support Age UK’s new campaign, Act Now, Age Better. The campaign encourages people aged 50–65 to improve their health and wellbeing to enjoy the best possible later life.

The campaign highlights the importance of staying active in midlife and using sport, physical activity and movement to inspire people to try something new or rediscover activities they once loved.

Stockport County Community Trust’s new Health and Wellbeing strategy reflects this approach, introducing programmes that enable people of all ages and abilities to stay active.
