BWFC Blues at end of league season tournament

BWFC Blues & BWFC Whites attended an end of season showcase tournament and presentation at the Birmingham County FA HQ. The team had finished runners up in the 2025/6 league with British Allsorts taking the trophy.

The showcase was a chance for other new teams to play and get a feel for the opposition in lieu of entering for the 2026/27 season.

The Blues were put into the ‘Sue Smith Division’

The days tournament and end of season trophies were presented by former Lioness Rachel Unitt. BWFC Blues received the Karen Carney Division ‘Fair Play’ award as well as runners up 2025/6 season, with Paula Smart receiving Managers player of the season. The Blues finished second in the Sue Smith division in the showcase tournament on the day again to British Allsorts. Fantastic effort from all involved!
