Rachel Unitt (born 5 June 1982 in Walsall, England) is a former English professional footballer who played as a left-back. She earned 102 caps for the England women’s national team (the Lionesses) between 2000 and 2013, making her one of the most capped players in the team’s history. Known for her reliability, tough tackling, and consistency, Unitt was a key defender during a transitional period for women’s football in England.
