Women’s Walking Football (55+)
MK Dons SET in partnership with Age UK Milton Keynes. Supported by MK College Group.
A fun, welcoming and social session for 55 + females where no experience or fitness is required. It is all about getting outside, meeting new people and having fun! Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the club house after.
Every Monday 12:30-1:30pm, Sport Central MK9 1EN
£3.50 per session
This is a UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 Legacy project to inspire more women to improve their lives through football. We want to break down barriers and change perceptions to show that football is for everyone regardless of age or gender!
This session is for all females age 55+ who have never played football before or would like to get back into it and play at a slower place. We would love to have you at the session regardless of your ability or background!
Walking Football is a variation of the conventional game where running is not allowed! The sessions will include an introduction to walking football with some light activities and fun games facilitated by a MK Dons SET coach and aided by a volunteer.
