Binfield beat Bracknell Town in the first regional round of the Over-50s FA Walking Football Cup.
In their inaugural year, they won 3-2 on penalties after the 20-minute tie at Bracknell Sports Centre finished level at 2-2.
Their goals came from Lee Kitching and Jon Norris, while former Binfield player Paul Leishman netted both for Bracknell.
Team captain Kitching and Norris were also on target in the three-man penalty shoot-out along with Stefan Turton, while the host club’s first attempt struck the crossbar.
The next round of the competition will be played in September.
The two teams went on to play each other in a friendly, which Bracknell won.
The Binfield squad was Adrian DeCunha, Stefan Turton, Mike Eggington, Sion Howard, Jon Norris, Lee Kitching, Sid Grover, Glenn Wheeler, Chris Bannon and Glenn Duggleby.
Launched in 2024, the FA Walking Football Cup brings together affiliated grassroots teams from across the country, offering a clear pathway from local fixtures to a final at St George’s Park, the national football centre in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire.
