More than 70 players across eight teams took part in the first Walking Touch Rugby Festival held at Ysgol Dyffryn Aman.
The festival, a collaboration between Carmarthenshire County’s Council Actif Sports and Leisure Scheme, the Scarlets Community Foundation and the Welsh Rugby Union proved a big success with the focus on participation, keeping fit and enjoyment.
There were teams from Llangennech RFC, Penybanc RFC, Ammanford RFC, Yogits RFC as well as a side from Scarlets Community taking part in two pools refereed by WRU officials.
