Cumberland FA are delighted to announce Dementia Friendly Allerdale Walking Football
The weekly sessions will be delivered to the needs of the group, with warm up exercises, followed by football related games at walking pace. The activities are designed to improve balance, circulation and general health
The social aspect of the session is very important; therefore, each session will finish with a cake and a cuppa.
Weekly Sessions Fridays 13:30 – 15:00 Workington Leisure Centre
Fee: £2 (First one Free)
