Walking Football with Fulham FC Foundation
Our health programmes focus on creating healthier lifestyles and supporting people to address health issues.
We are proud to offer a number of targeted health programmes aimed at increasing physical activity and socialisation, including Walking Football, Fulham Fit and Sporting Memories.
Join us for an hour of Walking Football with our qualified Fulham FC Foundation football coaches. We’ll be playing on a carpet AstroTurf surface on an outdoor pitch so you’ll need appropriate active wear and comfortable rubber soled trainers (no studs).
Our sessions cost £6 each and are bookable in blocks of 6 weeks at a time
• The Spencer Club Mondays 11am – 12pm
• Wandgas Sports & Social Club – Tuesdays, 10am to 11am / Tuesdays, 11:15am to 12:15pm / Wednesdays, 11am to 12pm
• Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Complex – Fridays, 11am to 12pm
• Motspur Park – Tuesdays, 11:30am to 12:30pm / Wednesdays, 11.30am to 12.30pm

Please make sure to bring:
– Water bottle
– Hand sanitiser
Due to COVID-19 guidelines from The FA and the government we’ll be enforcing social distancing, having regular hygiene breaks for hand sanitisation, and our coaches will be cleaning all equipment before and after the sessions. You will have access to toilets while on site, however there is no access to changing facilities.
Walking Football is part of our Health and Wellbeing programme which provides a legacy to 1966 World Cup winner and legendary Fulham Football Club player George Cohen.
