First organisation to;
- carry out grassroots coaching at women’s only sessions
- select and run England Women’s 40s, 50’s and 60’s teams following national trials
- hold women’s international matches
- run a Women’s National Cup – now in its 4th year
- provide referees for the DK Cup and Women’s National Cup
- train and mentor female referees
- select regional teams and run the Super League tournaments
- support growth at Grassroots through KP/WFA grants – giving over £3K of our own sponsorship in grants
- form a partnership with AXA – supported over 35 clubs and given out nearly £20K so far to support grassroots development
- appoint a female director to the board to grow the game
- support national women only Parkinson’s and Kicking Cancer teams
