Walking Football is a slower paced version of the national game with the main rule being “you’re only allowed to walk”.
Walking Football sessions are on Tuesdays from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at West Glebe Park.
The sessions are open to males and females of all ages with the first session FREE (then £3).
Walking Football is a great way to keep fit and make new friends as after the session, players meet in the pavilion for coffee and a chat.
There is also an opportunity for players to play in tournaments which are organised throughout the year across Northamptonshire with other groups.
The session is outdoors so appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn as the session runs throughout the year.
