Walking Soccer Festival – Oakville Wild Walkers

Join us at the Walking Soccer Festival – Oakville Wild Walkers for an exciting in-person event on November 20, 2023.

Cost of event is $ 15 and should be paid to your Club/Team Manager by November 6th at the latest.

Teams will play 4-5 twenty-minute games. Final format will depend on number of registrants. There may well be a waitlist.

Participants will be assigned to a team. 8-9 players per team playing 7 aside All players will be mixed up, no Club teams. Adult males and females Games played indoors on turf.

QUICK RULES
• No running on or off the ball. One foot must be on the ground at all times.
• Emphasis is on FUN and Participation
• No Slide Tackling
• No Shoulder Charges
• NO Contact, No Tackling
• 3 touch rule (cannot touch ball more than 3 times unless opponent or team mate has touched the ball).
• No entry to 6yd goal area marked by cones. Goalkeeper not allowed out of that area.
• Ball height under height of cross bar.
• No heading
• All balls that are touched by goalkeeper and go above 6 feet are given as a goal kick.
• Kick ins from the sidelines.
• No Offsides
• Goalkeeper may kick the ball or throw under arm
• Back passes to goalkeeper can be handled by the keeper
• If an indirect kick is awarded defenders must be 3 yds from ball. If free kick is close by the goal area the ball is moved back 3 yds.
