At YORK VIKINGS, we believe in the importance of staying active and connecting with others who share a passion for the ‘beautiful game’, no matter your level of experience.
Whether you’re a seasoned walking footballer, someone who once adored the sport but has stepped away for a while, or simply curious about this growing movement that has captured the nation’s interest, we warmly invite you to join our community.
Walking football is perfect for everyone regardless of your level of ability and whilst some experience, albeit from years ago, of playing football won’t hurt, you don’t need to be a latter day George Best or Gordon Banks to join us.
Great for weekly exercise and suitable for all over 50s.
