Founded in August 2014 by Mick Geraghty and Mick Harvey, Uxbridge Amblers is a Walking Football Club for Men over 50 years of age with a membership of 50 players.
Working with the Middlesex County FA, the club has supported the FA’s National Walking Footballl strategy to develop grassroots players and the growth of sessions and clubs across Middlesex.
The club sessions promote all the health and well being benefits of walking football by delivering structured sessions for the recreational and competitive player alike.
Off the field, Uxbridge Amblers work extremely hard to support the local community in Hillingdon, with over £26,000 being raised through our monthly social events.
