Always enjoyed football but have stopped due to age or fitness?
This is a great opportunity to stay active, keep playing football, meet new people and ensure you stay healthy. Our weekly Walking, Jogging Football & 40 plus Fitness Football sessions operate throughout the year. Attendance is growing each week as more people from the local community become involved.
Strictly Walking
Wednesdays 10-11am at Wyre Forest Leisure Centre. Cost £3 per session. All ages and abilities welcome – Just turn up ready to play
Jogging Football
Mondays & Fridays 10.30-11.30am at Wyre Forest Leisure Centre. Cost £3 per session. Age 50 plus (under 55 play 3 touch)
There’s no need to book, just turn up ready to play.
Tackling is minimal force and only from the front, no heading. Initially walking football as we have adapted the rules to suit the players and keep the game flowing. We have a wide range of ages 50-80 and all abilities.
Please come along to give it a try. Bring a drink and a white and black T shirt if possible. We are on the outdoor astro pitches so trainers or rubber studs

• 40 plus Football – Wednesdays and Fridays at Baxter College 6-7pm. Cost £5 per session
• Women’s Weigh & Play Football League – Weigh first then Play. Wednesdays at Baxter College Astro 6-7pm. Cost £5 per session (first session free).
