Falkland Cricket Club is a major community cricket club and community facility for West Berkshire and Wash Common. The club has recently been recognised by the England & Wales Cricket Board as a Disability Champion Club, supporting disabled people within their local community to enjoy playing and following cricket at their club.
Walking Football / Cricket – An entertaining form of outdoor exercise open to all aged 55 and over. Those with Parkinson’s find it provides exercise which helps muscle strength and stability.
The group is run by Nigel Trumper, a qualified sports coach, who works with people of all abilities. They meet at 9.45am on Fridays at Falkland Cricket Club and are free to attend.
