If you are over 50, love football, and would like to get some more exercise in a friendly environment, then come and give Walking Football a go. We are a mixed ability group and new players are always welcome.

Join us on Friday evenings at the County Ground, Blandford Close, Hamworthy, Poole on the 3g pitch from 7-00 till 9-00 or at the Dexter Sport 3g, Learoyd Road, Poole, BH17 8PJ.

Both venues require a studded boot to be worn, moulded studs are advised.

We play in the Dorset Walking Football Leagues at Over 50s, 60s and 65s age groups.

We enter a number of local tournaments which are often charity fund raisers, e.g. Prostate Cancer UK.

We organised our own event this summer with teams visiting from several different counties and we hope to make this an annual event.

The over 50 and over 60 sides have both recently qualified for the FA Walking Football Cup Regional Finals with the 50s narrowly missing out on a trip to St George’s Park for the national finals.
