Following customer feedback we are pleased to be reinstating our WALKING FOOTBALL sessions.
Get back into the beautiful game. Walking Football can help prevent loneliness, help people lose weight and positively affect overall mental and physical health. The main difference to regular association football is that running or jogging on or off the ball is not permitted by any player.
The slower pace of the match prevents the risk of injury and reduces the threat of pain, but by briskly walking throughout the match, players see many benefits to their health.
Walking Football is designed to be played by people of all ages and fitness levels.
Sessions will take place each Wednesday from 2.15pm to 3.15pm.
Please note that these sessions are not instructor lead. Try something new, get fit and become part of a team.
Sessions are limited to only 12 places and commence on Wednesday 17th January.
The cost is only £3.50 per session.
