Over 50s Walking Football with Bournville Warriors in the Community

Men and Women 50+ of all abilities welcome.
If you haven’t heard of walking football, it’s very similar to standard football but has been tailored specifically for people over 50. You play with modified rules so people who can’t run around or play regular football can still enjoy being active.
It’s a great way to stay active and improve your health. It’s also easy for people to start, regardless of age or fitness level.
