Tournament promises a fun day out for players as well as health and wellbeing benefits
Teams from four leisure centres in Cardiff are training for a walking football tournament taking place at Western Leisure Centre.
All team members have got into the sport because of health issues, with both men and women included in the line-up. Funded by the Welsh Government, walking football sessions are run by a health professional and form part of the Active Leisure Scheme.
