The WFLA are seeking a sponsor for their 2023 trophies.
The Walking Football Leagues Alliance, is an organisation established in 2019 to support all FA affiliated walking football leagues. The WFLA work closely with the Football Association in the forming of new laws of the game and referee development and are now a leading organisation in walking football.
Last year we organised the WFLA Inter League Cup and the WFLA League Champions Cup which were both a great success and well supported. These competitions involved teams from all across England and Wales. In 2023 we will add the WFLA National Cup to our calendar for all teams in WFLA member leagues. The WFLA currently has 17 FA affiliated member leagues representing over 300 teams and more leagues adding to that number every year.
WFLA are seeking a sponsor for their annual trophies. We would name the competitions with the sponsors name.
The sponsors name could also be added to our website header. Our coverage would give frequent mentions on social media as well as the major walking football website https://www.walkingfootball.com/…/172-walking-football…/ which kindly publishes coverage of WFLA competitions.
The WFLA competitions are for the mixed over 50s, 60s, 65s, 70s and ladies over 40s and 50s. This would mean 12 winners and runners up trophies for three competitions, 36 in total at an annual estimated cost of £600.
To sum up the WFLA are offering in return:
1. All trophies will have the sponsors’ name and logo on.
2. An initial media launch to promote sponsorship.
3. If required, photo shoot and/or video recordings can be taken with the sponsor and WFLA teams at any tournament dates agreed.
4. Presentation of the trophies by sponsors’ representative/s at each WFLA final, if required and if available.
5. Sponsors’ name and logo to appear on the WFLA website and all other WFLA social media outlets.
6. Sponsor will be given advertising space and a branding link on the WFLA website.
7. Sponsors’ name and logo to appear on all WFLA promotional items, letterheads, and all other printed material produced by the WFLA.
8. Any other reasonable request.
