Walking Football with Stoke City Community Trust
Why not start or return to physical activity by playing the beautiful game?
Walking Football is an exciting scheme aimed at adults over the age of 35 and delivered at the Academy Dome from Monday to Friday.
Each session involves a technical warm-up overseen by qualified Community Trust coaches followed by a match where normal FA rules apply except no jogging, running or sprinting.
It’s a great opportunity to get active, keep fit and be more physically active while meeting new people and forming long-lasting friendships.

• Tuesday 12.30pm-2.00pm 50+
• Wednesday 12.30pm-2.00pm 65+
• Thursday 12.30pm-2.00pm 50+
• Friday 12.30pm-2.00pm 60+
Additional session at Longton Rugby Club Monday 6.00pm-7.00pm 35+
