Over 55’s Walking Football Workington with Active Cumbria, Age UK and Sport England
Low impact, great social session, loads of fun and ideal for those people looking to return to Sport after a break, illness or injury or just wanting to get back to some physical activity.
St Joseph’s Catholic High School every Thursday 5 – 6pm
This is a mixed activity for both men and women. The slower pace of the game is perfect for any age, mobility or ability. This session is outdoors on our astro pitch so you will need trainers (no boots) and warm clothing.
First session is FREE £3.00 per session after
