We shuffle, we scuffle, we stumble, we stagger,
Yet give us a ball, we swish and we swagger.
We ache, we shake, we stiffen, we freeze.
Yet put us together, we beat this disease.
We obsess, we forget, we thrash, we flail,
Yet give us a team, our strength prevails.
We fall, we cramp, we cry, we retreat,
Yet share common purpose, we win, we defeat.
