With an impressive 7 wins out of 8 games, Newcastle Benfield over 50s were ecstatic to take home the trophy in the Durham FA.
The over 60s team was elated to be part of the celebration, as both teams continue their ascent in their respective leagues.
Looking ahead, both teams have their eyes set on an even greater goal—the NWFLA National Champions League. A prestigious competition that will unite walking football teams from across the country, and allowing them to compete at the highest level.
