The Leeds United Foundation are inviting supporters and those in the local community to join their health and wellbeing programmes, with new initiatives and more sessions being launched for 2022.
There will be a new cohort for the Fit Fans programme this month, with further information about sessions available on the website. Alongside Fit Fans, there is also a new Working Out Together programme and there will be new sessions for Walking Football also being hosted.
There will be two Walking Football sessions, per week, available for members to get involved in, with both sessions taking place outside on artificial grass.
The sessions will include a warm-up, match (participants split into two teams) and a cool down, with those participating able to meet new people whilst also keeping active.
Each session will be charged at £5, per person.
• Every Monday, from 7.30-8.30pm: Located at Leeds Grammar School
• Every Thursday, from 6-7pm: Located at John Charles Leisure Centre
