The Largs Walking Football Club, based at Inverclyde Sports Centre, have associated themselves with Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.
The club’s players were presented with special bibs bearing the charity’s logo during a recent Walking Football Scotland event at the Toryglen Regional Football Centre near Hampden Park.
The Largs group meets at Inverclyde Sports Centre every Monday and Wednesday from 12-1pm. Now in its sixth year at the centre, the club has players from their mid-50s to their 80s.
