2) Why did you first get involved with Walking Football?
It was a chance to revive an old passion.
3) How many times a week do you take part in Walking Football sessions?
Once , Fridays 2-3pm but sometimes twice when we have matches.
4) Describe the buzz you get having the opportunity to play a team sport again at your age?
Its incredible.
5) What one or two things do you currently do in your training sessions that you think are important to avoid injury?
Play to your limits.
6) Have you played competitive Walking Football, if so which tournaments?
Sandwich bay point / Feltham/Romford goals over 65
7) Has your diet changed since you have started playing Walking Football? If so what is different?
No.
8) Do you feel fitter and healthier since you have started playing Walking Football and if so in which ways?
I do mainly regarding movement.
9) Have you had any injuries playing and if so what were they?
None been lucky so far.
10) Do you always have a club member present who has had first aid training at your games and training sessions?
Yes at Barnet FC.

Yes there a great bunch of lads and we always have a good time.

Having fun/ letting a Goal in.

Makes me feel young again.

The camardery.

Playing in cages.

To keep Having fun.

Go for it.

They are astonished.

Your only as young as you feel and walking football helps you stay young and fit.
