The Mayor of Guildford Masuk Miah says he is thrilled to announce the upcoming adult charity football tournament taking place on Sunday, June 2. The tournament aims to raise funds for the Mayor’s charity of the year, The Fountain Centre.
Teams from all walks of life have been invited to sign up for this inclusive six-a-side adult tournament; men’s, women’s, and walking football teams are all encouraged to register and compete for the Mayor’s Cup and Mayor’s Plate.
To ensure a diversity of entries, squads of up to ten players are being encouraged to join the competition. Teams are encouraged to secure their spot early to avoid disappointment. Click here to register.
The event kicks off at 10 am at Stoughton Recreation Ground, the home of Guildford City Boys and Girls FC. It will culminate with the champion’s ceremony, finishing at 3 pm…
