Gods & older Gods still loving playing football if slightly slower.
Training Kings College Guildford Fridays 8pm-9pm
Godalming Walking Football Club was formed in 2017, following the decision that the area needed a club for the ever popular game. After 2 successful seasons on the pitch, the club was formally set up and a Committee formed in October 2019. The club is a members club, with guests able to play at training sessions and formally invited to be members of the club.
The club currently run two 50+ teams that play league football in the Thames Valley Walking Football League and a very successful 60+ team that got to the last 8 of the 2019 WFA National Championships. This season we will be entering a 50+, 60+ and 65+ teams into the midweek Surrey FA Walking Football league.
The main emphasis though is to stay healthy, play football in the right spirit and make new friends on the way.
