Uxbridge Amblers Walking Football Club: We are very proud that the Middx FA have chosen us as their partner to adopt and develop our Forget Me Not FC Dementia Football project across Middx. Brent and Barnet will be 2 centres to adopt our project .
Who would of thought 9 years ago that our logo would sit alongside those of the Middx FA and the FA promoting Football for a very special group of people, those living with Dementia and their Carers.
Always remember that there is more to the person than Dementia.
