Another study we did in Portugal:
The first data from the largest study of Walking Football players in Portugal (244 players from all over the country, 60% men and 40% women), which indicates that 35% of the players had never played the sport before; 98% of the players feel refreshed after playing; 82% feel totally satisfied playing and 17% feel very satisfied. These figures come as part of a master’s tesis at the University of Lisbon on WF in Portugal, supervised by Luis Jacob, Ph.
