Los Amigos was formed in 2015 and currently has 46 playing members made up of ex-pats permanently living in the surrounding areas and those who visit for varied lengths of time.
The youngest player is 53 and oldest is believed to be 72. They are a mixed ability men’s club and welcome all players at varying levels.
They are lucky in that they have a coach/trainer who was a fitness instructor back in the UK and there is a lot of focus on fitness as well as just playing football.
Sessions take place every Monday 9.30 to 12.00 and consist of approx 30 minutes fitness, 30 minutes ball work and then into games ending in a 1-minute warm down.
