The Ron Gordon Football Classic 2026

The Hibernian Community Foundation and Hibernian FC are excited to announce the launch of the 2026 Ron Gordon Football Classic – taking place at Easter Road Stadium on Saturday, May 23.

For the first time as part of an initiative run by HCF, Hibs fans and members of the Hibernian Community are being given the chance to grace the Easter Road pitch, following in the footsteps of their modern-day and yesteryear heroes.

Over the course of the day a number of different groups will be given the opportunity to play football at Edinburgh’s most iconic football stadium.

The day will run as follows;
– Play on the Pitch Camp – 5-12 years 09.00-11.00
– Walking Football Over 50s Festival 13.30-14.30
– Walking Football Over 65s Festival 14.30-15.30
– Adult 7v7 Festival Session 1 16.00-18.00
– Adult 7v7 Festival Session 2 18.30-20.30
