60 + Walking Football with Sport Cardiff
• Eastern Leisure Centre Monday 3 – 4pm
• Fairwater Leisure Centre Wednesday and Friday 1.30 – 2.30pm
• Western Leisure Centre Monday 11am – 12 noon
If you are looking to keep active and stay sociable, our 60+ activities offer something for everyone. Come along, meet likeminded people, have fun and make friends while enjoying various activities and classes.
Why not take advantage of our fitness classes, or have a go at other sports. All is aimed at getting you active, having fun and keeping healthy at the same time. You’ll receive a great support from our professional and friendly staff that will be happy to help you achieve your best.
Football Walking Football is a great way to exercise and meet new people. Everyone is made to feel welcome when participating in this slowed down version of the classic game. Whether you’re completely new, or played football when you were younger, walking football will add a new lease of life to your week.
