Formed in 2015 and part of Eastbourne Borough FC, we hold regular Walking Football sessions on the main 3G pitch at Priory Lane. We play indoors as well.
Anybody over 50 is welcome to join our open sessions for a small fee, no matter what footballing experience you have or how good (or bad) you are. The emphasis is on keeping fit and having fun.
We also organise tours and enter teams for local, national and international tournaments.
Open sessions on the main 3G pitch at Priory Lane, home of Eastbourne Borough FC, from 10am to 12 noon with a warm-up at 9.45am. Players are organised into mixed-ability teams of 6 to 8-a-side.
Contact us if you want to see what we get up to. The first session is free but make sure you have the right boots. Screw-in studs are not allowed and trainers are unsuitable.
Cost £2 per hour + £1 annual membership fee, first session free.
Members book into sessions via the Instateam App.
