Drogheda and District Men’s Shed have added “Walking Football” to their many other activities.
“We focus on creating social inclusion and hobbies for retired and semi-retired men from all walks of life” said Eugene Clinton, the group’s PRO.
“To join our Shed, just walk in and check us out, have a cuppa and a tour of the premises. You’ll be very welcome to join our community.
“We’re located right next to the Roadstone Quarry on the Donore Road 9am/1.30 pm. Monday to Friday. Postcode is A92 566.
“We have our very own football field in our seven-acre premises” Eugene concluded.
