LOCALS looking for a new hobby in the New Year are being invited to take part in the Towhead Strollers walking football groups.
The fun and social groups bring together dozens of like-minded people to have a laugh, a chat and enjoy a game of football.
Held at Townhead Park in Cumnock, the group will have been running for seven years by March 2026, and it’s now looking to expand.

Benefits of taking part are aplenty, including social interactions, improved blood pressure and a reduced risk of heart disease and a stroke.
