As a group we have been playing Walking Football since 2017.

We now have over 50 regular players and meet every Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 1:30pm.

We have no age restrictions, other than being over 18, although the vast majority of our players are over 50, we do have a few who are into their 80's. We are always looking for new players and local friendlies. Redbridge Walking Football Club – Powerleague, Forest Road, Fairlop, Ilford, Essex IG6 3HJ 1:30 kick off every Tuesday and Thursday

We treat it as more of a social event, although we do enter local Walking Football tournaments and have played friendlies v Leyton Orient, West Ham, Arsenal, Barnet and Billericay.
