Our Term Time, Wednesday afternoon Men’s Over 50’s Walking Football sessions return from Wednesday 30th June at 1:30pm.
We have lots of space for new players. Wear something comfortable. If you have never played football before, why not give this a try?
Walking Football For Men – Wed 13:30-15:30 FREE
Our Walking Football sessions began in September 2017, they take place from 1:30pm-3:30pm. Sessions include warm up time, game time and a post-match cuppa!
Walking football has become increasingly popular. ‘It’s exactly what it sounds like – a standard game of football where players walk instead of run’. Its designed to help people get fit or maintain an active lifestyle no matter what their age and fitness, as well as support people getting back into football if they have given it up due to age or injury.
