The sessions are free and open to all. If you want to play football but at a gentle pace, get yourself down. If you want to improve your fitness and your health, get yourself down.
If you just want to get out, meet people and have FUN, get yourself down. Not played before or just curious, then get yourself down and give it a go.
New players are more than welcome.
