ASHBURY 2025 IS HAPPENING!!
The venue is happy to host us next year, same Early May Bank Holiday weekend.
Demand is likely to increase so Dawlish Women Walking Football want to ensure those who came this year do not miss out, and have a chance to register and book a place before we open it up to those clubs who have expressed interest following the post tournament publicity.
I don’t need to tell you what a unique venue, and what excellent value it is.
One change we’d like to implement, is to split into over 40s and over 55s, with self-contained groups for each. At Dawlish we now have moved to 2 teams over and under 55, and we think this caters for everyone, but allows teams to enter the over 40s if they don’t have sufficient over 55s..which is what has been happening in any case over the last few years with most tournaments just being over 40.
So, those teams who want to come again next year, we will give priority until end of June, then we will throw it open to all.
