Lincoln City Foundation Walking Football Friday 12pm – 1pm with Age UK
A more sedate session at Age UK in Lincoln. Played indoors every Friday. Most of the participants are over 70 but occasionally compete in festivals.
At Lincoln City Foundation we cater for all ages and provide sessions appropriate for all abilities regardless of time of life. Our Prime Time programme targets activities to the Over 55’s through Sport Specific and Generic Physical Activities.
We aim to provide an opportunity for participants to keep a steady level of fitness and also provide a social opportunity where they can meet new people.
We also deliver activities for elderly care homes and have developed relationships with the Alzheimer’s Society and Age UK to help deliver.
