Monday 4.30-5.30 for 50 + age
Monday 6-7pm for 35-60 age range
Thursday 4.30-5,30 for 50 + age range
All abilities, ages and gender are fully inclusive. Competitive teams organised by the Senior Seasiders for 50s, 60s, 65s and 70s squads
