A final update for this year regarding one of our ongoing Court cases against IWFF Ltd.
As previously mentioned, due to their admin error, the Court agreed to serve new N39 papers on the IWFF Director. This attempt was unsuccessful.
The wheels of justice are incredibly slow and frustrating and we have just this week received a response to our escalated complaint.
I quote directly from this latest correspondence regarding our complaint;
“I’m sorry that you’re unhappy with the letter we sent on 28 September confirming the bailiff was unable to serve the N39 papers on the debtor. I can understand this must’ve been frustrating, especially as the first order was sent to the debtor as the judgment debtor rather than an Officer of the Judgment debtor company.
This mistake delayed the process as we then needed to refer the matter to a judge for a new hearing to be listed as the first was ineffective. Unfortunately, the bailiff was unable to serve and this was confirmed in the letter of 28 September.
As per the letter, this is because the debtor is no longer residing at the address and currently has no fixed abode as confirmed by his ex-partner who provided the email address on the letter for contact. At this time, without any new information we’ll be unable to follow this route to enforce.”
So we are now asking the Walking Football community if anyone can help by providing the information the Courts require.
