A thousand pounds has been donated to a Walsall care home by Old Corinthians Walking Football Club which will pay for a state-of-the-art sensory table to enrich the lives of residents.

The money was raised at a recent football match and community fundraising day held at Dales Lane, home of Rushall Olympic FC.

The interactive table will be a great addition for residents at Pelsall Hall, one of the West Midlands’ leading dementia care homes. It will provide visual and tactile stimulation as well as promote relaxation and evoke positive memories and for people of all abilities.
